What we do with the information you share with us, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible for your data
The association IMPACT ESTP (SIREN 106 074 297, registered office: 28 avenue du Président Wilson, 94230 Cachan), represented by Timothée de Varax, founding president of the association.

What we collect, and why

This processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who has access to it
Only the members of the association’s board. For the talent pool, a company receives your profile only if you have given your agreement for that specific offer. We never sell or rent out your data.
The forms go through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards the responses to us by email. The website is hosted by GitHub, Inc. Some of these providers may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Talent pool sign-ups are also saved automatically in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet that only the association’s board can open. Google (Google Ireland Limited, and Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) hosts this spreadsheet on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
- Internship talent pool: 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Application to join the team: until the end of the current academic year if it is not successful.
- Contact message: 1 year after our last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy of it, or object to its use. Write to us at contact@impactestp.fr: we reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at cnil.fr.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set any cookies.
It does not use any audience measurement tool.
Video thumbnails are displayed from YouTube’s servers, which passes your IP address on to them. The YouTube video player itself only loads when you click play, in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com).
