An engineer of the Ponts, Eaux et Forêts corps, Stéphanie Peigney-Couderc has always followed the same thread: the ecological transition and protecting the environment. After working at the Ministries of Ecology and Agriculture, she is now Deputy Regional Director for the Seine basin and the Lower Loire at Voies navigables de France (VNF).
There, she manages a complex historical heritage of 1,500 km of waterways, with one goal: to make the river an essential tool for decarbonisation and logistics.
